WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION LIABILITY PROTECTION CHARGE
The warehouseman will, for an additional charge of [additional charge] cents per $[declared valuation] Dollars of declared valuation of the goods stored under this agreement, accept responsibility for loss or damage by [Damages such as: fire], but no such responsibility attaches to this agreement unless endorsed hereon by the warehouseman. Warehouseman's liability is otherwise limited as provided in this agreement.
